Brownstown Speedway Announces 2022 Schedule
BROWNSTOWN, Ind. - Officials with Brownstown Speedway revealed their 2022 racing schedule on Thursday, which includes over thirty events for the Southern Indiana facility.
The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series headlines the March 19th season opener with the 25th Annual Indiana Ice Breaker paying $15,000 to-win for the Super Late Model touring division.
Following five straight weekends of points racing, the Castrol FloRacing Night in America brings Super Late Models and Modifieds along for a Wednesday special on April 27th, paying $22,000 to-win for the Super Late Models.
The Scott Patman Memorial, 39th Annual Hoosier Dirt Classic, and the Bobby Wilson Memorial headline the month of May.
June 18th will be the Don Russ Memorial followed by two weekends of racing before the 8th Annual Born Free 40 on July 9th paying $5,000 to-win for the Iron Man Late Model Series.
Thursday Thunder and the 10th Annual Paul Crockett Memorial headline the Jackson County Fair racing events on July 28th and July 30th before another visit for the Iron Man Late Model Series for the 18th Annual Hall of Fame Classic paying $10,000 to-win.
The Hero's and Hornets special returns on August 27th followed up with a visit from the Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series on September 3rd.
Brownstown Speedway's marquee weekend is slated for September 23rd and 24th with Jackson 100 weekend featuring the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.
Friday night's Night Before the Jackson will pay $10,000 to-win for Super Late Models along with the 10th Annual Bowman 50 featuring the Indiana Pro Late Model Series.
Saturday night's 43rd Annual Jackson 100 will pay $20,000 to-win.
The season points wraps up on October 1st with Championship Night before the 27th Annual FUNFEST closes out the 2022 racing season.
